Letters

Dearest,
The WW2 Letters of Private Melvin W. Johnson -READ VMAIL Am in Northern Ireland. I've seen some very beautiful country. There're so many interesting and unusual things to see. The countryside reminds me of a children's picture book. Quaint and colorful. There seems to be a lot of fog and rain in this part of the world. It's difficult to write much because it seems as if almost anything you say might reveal military information. Am well and feeling fine. Rather dread the future a little because I know so little about it. Which is natural perhaps. But am not worried much. Miss you very much - and the baby. Please write often. Get some V-mail forms.
Loads of love, Melvin
